Meet the Team

Inside Wombat, you’re held by our community of wellness experts. Across the Northern Rivers and way out yonder to Berlin, our team are a diverse, inspired and forward-thinking bunch.

  • Henry (he/him) is a doctor and daydreaming specialist. Background in emergency medicine and intensive care. He is now completing his Masters in Applied Neuroscience at Kings College London.

  • Phil Kayumba (he/him) found yoga at the tender age of 17 whilst living in India as the child of an embassy employee. Moving to Australia for his tertiary education and later settling as a refugee due to political changes in his mother country of Rwanda, he continued to practice and soon felt a true calling for a journey into yoga. Phil completed his 350 hour Advanced Training with the Australian Yoga Academy, and has undertaken additional trauma-informed training.

  • Rory Warnock (he/him) is a Performance & Wellness Coach, UltraMarathon Runner and Keynote Speaker. He specialises in breathwork and nervous system regulation to improve mental health & wellbeing. His passion is helping people feeling happier and healthier to live a more fulfilled life. Rory has worked with a wide range of teams and individuals including Google, Amazon, ASX, LinkedIn, Uber, Cognizant, BCG, BUPA, TedX, along with professional athletes including Olympians and Paralympians

  • Lina (she/her) is a dedicated and compassionate mindfulness and holistic coach, yoga-meditation teacher and nature therapy facilitator, who has been helping individuals heal and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace, enabling them to lead more fulfilling, happier and authentic lives. She is currently based in Byron Bay, Australia.

  • Oliver Crossley (he/him) is a Physiotherapist, Yoga Educator, and long-term Ashtanga Yoga and Zen Buddhist practitioner.

    He is interested in bring ancient yogic practices into the modern worlds of healthcare and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and the scientific insights of pain, neuro and contemplative science into Yoga and Wellness cultures.

    Doing this has led him to teach across a range of Yoga Teacher Training courses around Australia, and online to students worldwide.

  • Erin Tetarenko (she/her) guides a meditative yoga practice and holds a nurturing, supportive space with an emphasis on developing higher levels of awareness. She believes that the body is a vehicle for transformation and that by developing self- awareness, we create opportunities for shifts towards greater well-being. She draws on over 12 years of experience facilitating in health and wellness, her life experiences and educational background: a synergy of yoga, human movement science, coaching psychology, and mindfulness.
