Lina Grisales

Lina is a dedicated and compassionate mindfulness and holistic coach, yoga-meditation teacher and nature therapy facilitator, who has been helping individuals heal and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace, enabling them to lead more fulfilling, happier and authentic lives. She is currently based in Byron Bay, Australia.

Lina experienced some traumatic events in her childhood that had a lasting impact on her mental and emotional wellbeing. This experience led her on a journey to discover ways to heal from her past, she turned to mindfulness, yoga, meditation and therapy as a way to manage her symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD. Through dedicated practice and training, she was able to experience the transformative power of these practices in their own life and became inspired to help others who may be struggling with similar challenges. She discovered the profound benefits of these tools, both for her own physical and mental health as well as for her ability to connect more deeply with herself, nature and others.

With a business and corporate background while working for multinational companies she was receiving formal training in mindfulness, yoga and meditation, including nature therapy and other certifications. She also studied coaching methodologies, trauma-informed care, and other modalities to support individuals on their healing journey.

In addition to one-on-one and group coaching, teaching mindfulness and yoga, Lina also leads workshops for companies around the world and retreats, sharing her personal experience and knowledge with others to inspire healing, wellbeing and personal growth.

Lina aims to help individuals who have experienced challenges to cultivate self-love, awareness and inner peace, empowering them to live a more conscious and meaningful life. She believes that healing is possible for everyone, and that with the right tools and support, anyone can overcome adversity and thrive.
